Come and enjoy up close approximately 28,000 gray whales passing by the San Diego coast on their annual journey from the Arctic to California's Baja Coast. Follow the migration of the California gray whale traveling approximately 6,000 miles from the cold waters of the Arctic to the warmer waters of the Baja Coast. Here they give birth to their young and prepare them for the long trek back. On the return trip the young calves can frequently be seen swimming at their sides.

INSTRUCTIONS: Please CHECK IN WITH YOUR VOUCHER at the San Diego Harbor Excursion ticket booth at least 15 minutes prior to your departure time.
TIPS: Dress in layers. Be prepared for cold weather, even if it’s sunny outside. Take sea sickness precautions 1 hour before boarding the vessel, if necessary.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You must cancel 24 hours or more prior to the tour in order to not be charged. We will charge for NO SHOWS. If the tour is canceled due to weather, then of course there is no charge. NOTE: Tours will still go out in the rain; tours mostly cancel only when there is a high wind advisory.
